    The Clean Water Act Section 319 grant invites proposals for the execution of a watershed-based plan through best management practice (BMP) implementation. Implementation projects must incorporate BMPs for a waterbody that is included on the most recent 303(d) list or has an approved TMDL, and may include, as a portion of the project, a protection focus for high-quality or threatened waters.
