South Carolina Governor Henry McMaster signed House Bill 3127 during 2019 making it Act 112, which is a Joint Resolution establishing the Mold Abatement and Remediation Study Committee (Committee). Act 112 requires the Committee to study
the impact of mold in public areas and determine the best methods of abatement for mold in public areas. This is the final report of the Committee.
