The South Carolina Athletic Commission at the Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation regulates professional boxing, mixed martial arts, and kickboxing, enforces certain standards of practice required by regulations and the licensing law, and investigates and takes disciplinary action against licensees found in violation of the license law.
