The Panel licenses and regulates licensed individuals engaging in the practice of dietetics. The Panel also investigates complaints and conducts application and disciplinary hearings in accordance with Statute and regulations. It is a violation of the Dietetics Practice Act to practice without the proper licensure and can result in action by the Board.
