The Office of Technology and Information Services (OTIS) oversees the state’s federated model for implementing, enhancing, and protecting information technology resources and the utilization of IT shared services across agencies. This centralized focus ensures governance and oversight while requiring agencies to implement standardized technologies and information security, policies and guidelines. OTIS offerings are provided by the Division of Information Security, the Division of Technology Operations, and the Enterprise Privacy Office.
