This executive order by Governor Henry McMaster orders that the flags atop the State Capitol Building be lowered to half-staff from sunrise until sunset on Monday, January 9, 2023, in honor of the passing of E. DeWitt McCraw who served as a memner of the S.C. House of Representatives.
