dc.description.abstractThis order is issued to establish a process whereby prosecutors may submit complaints to the Department regarding the failure of bondsmen licensed by the Department to comply with court orders or applicable provisions of South Carolina law and to notify licensees that the Department will promptly investigate such complaints and initiate any appropriate administrative disciplinary proceedings against them as needed.
