Abstract
The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to select a Proposer to perform the Project services and to design and construct the Project, as further described in this RFP. SCDOT proposes to replace the existing load restricted southbound bridge as well as the northbound bridge and related roadway approaches along US 301 over Four Hole Swamp in Orangeburg County.
