This executive order by Governor Henry McMaster directs transportation waivers to address supply chain disruptions, including the suspension of the federal rules and regulations that establish certain registration, permitting, length, width, weight, and load requirements, as fully set forth below, for commercial vehicles responding to the existing emergencies in the in the State of South Carolina and that Executive Order no. 2021-40 shall remain in effect.
