This plan establishes standards and procedures for DHEC and assigns responsibilities for delivering emergency environmental and health services to the citizens and visitors of South Carolina in the event of either man-made or natural disasters, or other threats to public health and well-being. This agency-wide operations plan provides for the coordination and use of all DHEC personnel and resources, before, during and following emergencies.
