    The South Carolina Department of Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse Services is required to report to the Senate Finance Committee and the House Ways and Means Committee the following information on the Alcohol and Drug Safety Action Program : The number of first-time and repeat driving under the influence offenders who completed ADSAP during state fiscal year 2021 (SFY21) ; the amount of fees collected and other revenue and expenses incurred by each provider during SFY21 ; the number of community-service hours performed in lieu of payment in SFY21.
