dc.description.abstractDuring the week of May 4-8, 2009, a team of DSS staff from state office conducted an onsite review of child welfare services in the Region II Intensive Foster Care and Clinical Services (IFCCS) Office. A sample of open therapeutic foster care cases was reviewed. Stakeholders interviewed for this review included therapeutic foster parents, IFCCS supervisors, service coordinators, foster children, representatives from high management group homes, Mental Health, Mentor and Clinical Coordinator.
