Nurse Family Partnership (NFP) is a
home-visiting program that is typically
implemented by trained registered
nurses. NFP serves young, first-time,
low-income mothers beginning early
in their pregnancy until the child turns
two. The primary aims of NFP are to
improve the health, relationships, and
economic well-being of mothers and
their children.
