dc.description.abstractThis project begins with an analysis of the Department of Administration's Office of Human Resources' policies relating to the Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993, the Americans with Disabilities Act and Workers Compensation and a significant number of employees said they did not feel that they had access to or knowledge of the content in the act. The goal of this project is to improve employees’ knowledge and access to the policies and procedures which govern the administration of the Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993, Americans with Disabilities Act related leave and accommodations and Workers Compensation.
