Inventory of Academic Degree Programs in South Carolina

The South Carolina Commission on Higher Education compiles an inventory of academic degree programs as an aid to institutional and statewide planning for postsecondary education. The inventory is divided into various parts including: programs leading to baccalaureate and higher degrees, programs leading to associate degrees and other awards less than the baccalaureate, programs listed by category using the Federal program descriptions, a listing of public and private non-profit institutions and the degree programs offered by each using Federal CIP program descriptors, options, tracks, and concentrations offered at the public institutions by site, the centers, bureaus, and institutes at the public colleges and universities, and a list of the initial teacher certification programs approved by the State Department of Education.
