The South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control publishes Public Health Orders as a result of certain Executive Orders published by the Office of the Governor. This order rescinds the July 15, 2020 order and that all hospitals licensed by the State of South Carolina, with the exception of Institutional General Infirmaries and Privately-Owned Educational Institutional Infirmaries, are required to report on COVID-19 cases.
