This Intended Use Plan, required under the SDWA, describes how South Carolina proposes to use available SRF funds for State Fiscal Year 2021 (July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021) including federal funds allocated to South Carolina by the Further Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2020, and how those uses support the objectives of the SDWA in the protection of public health.
