Abstract
The Department’s mission is to serve South Carolina by promoting safety, permanency, and well-being of children and vulnerable adults, helping individuals achieve stability and strengthening families. We do this through courage, compassion, and competence. The 2020-2024 Child & Family Services Plan (CFSP) includes goals and planned activities for Federal Fiscal years 2020-2024 required to receive Federal allotments authorized under title IV-B, subparts 1 and 2, section 106 of Child Abuse and Prevent Treatment Act, Chafee Foster Care Independence Program and Education Training Voucher programs.
