    The South Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (SCDHHS), in partnership with the state’s contracted quality improvement organization, Keystone Peer Review Organization (KEPRO), will facilitate annual provider training sessions. These sessions are being offered by phone and online. This annual quality improvement training covers retroactive eligibility as it relates to prior authorization, service types and submission guidelines for prior authorization and includes an overview of the KEPRO website and provider portal.
