In late June 2007 construction at a proposed development about three miles west of the City of Lexington in Lexington County, South Carolina uncovered human remains. This study provides brief metric and non-metric analysis of the human skeletal remains recovered accidentally by the construction activities. No destructive analyses, such as bone chemistry or DNA studies, were conducted. This study also provides recommendations for metric, non-metric, and chemical studies that could be conducted should it become necessary to move any of burials.
