Abstract
This study provides a comprehensive examination of historical and archaeological investigations at the Crowfield Plantation gardens, 38BK103. Sitiuated in southern Berkeley County in the vicinity of Goose Creek on Huckhole Swamp, Crowfield was constructed in the 1730s and lapsed into ruins during the mid-nineteenth century. Today it is surrounded by the Crowfield Golf Course and the Hamlets subdivision, developed by Westvaco Development Corporation
