dc.description.abstractThis study represents a preliminary historical and archaeological survey of several acres of the eighteenth and nineteenth century Hobcaw Plantation, situated in Mount Pleasant, Charleston County, at the headwaters of Molasses Creek. As a result of this work the cemetery, recorded as 38CH895, was fully documented.
