dc.description.abstractThis study presents the results of an intensive archaeological survey of approximately two miles of transmission line right of way situated adjacent to U.S. 278 within an existing transmission line right of way running from Bluffton to Hilton Head. The primary purpose of this investigation is to identify and assess the archaeological remains present in the proposed project area.
