    This study represents an intensive archaeological survey of the 800 acre tract proposed for the construction of a wastewater effluent land application facility for the City of Dillon in Dillon County, South Carolina. While the primary goal of this research was to identify and assess the archaeological sites present in the proposed project area, secondary goals included the examination of archaeological resources present in this part of South Carolina using an explorative research design.
