dc.description.abstractHUD notified the State of South Carolina that it will receive $65,305,000 in disaster recovery funds to assist in recovery from Hurricane Matthew. South Carolina submits this Action Plan to outline its unmet needs, and establish how the State will allocate its funds through its programs. This Action Plan was developed with the help of many State and local stakeholders as well as the public to target the unmet need that can be addressed by these limited federal funds.
