dc.description.abstractThis executive order by Governor Henry McMaster institutes several measures dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic including: declaring a state of emergency in South Carolina due to COVID-19 related actions and a severe storm system moving through the southeast from April 12-13, 2020, extending emergency measures of placing the South Carolina National Guard on State Activity Duty, prohibiting price gouging, and extending transportation waivers.
