Abstract
This executive order by Governor Henry McMaster institutes several measures dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic including: continued closure of non-essential businesses, venues, facilities, services, and activities for public use, authorizing supplemental guidance from the Department of Commerce and the Office of the Attorney General, and continued authorization of law enforcement to keep and maintain order and peace under the State of Emergency.
