This executive order by Governor Henry McMaster institutes several measures dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic including: closure of non-essential businesses, venues, facilities, services, and activities for public use, authorizing supplemental guidance from the Department of Commerce and Office of the Attorney General for clarification of the order, and authorizing law enforcement to continue to do whatever is deemed necessary to maintain peace and order during the State of Emergency.
