This executive order by Governor Henry McMaster institutes several measures dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic including: required self-quarantine for individuals entering South Carolina from high-risk areas for fourteen days from time of entry into the State of South Carolina or the duration of the individual's presence in South Carolina, and authorizing all law enforcement officers to do whatever may deemed necessary to maintain peace and good order during the State of Emergency.
