This executive order by Governor Henry McMaster institutes several measures dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic including: regulatory flexibility to facilitate social distancing, instituting practices of social distancing such as using drive-thru, pickup, or delivery options for restaurants, suspending the regulation that the permit holder must not sell or deliver beer or wine to anyone who is inside a motor vehicle, and authorizing the Department of Revenue to implement the provisions of this order and allow holders of Beer and Wine Permits to sell and deliver beer and wine in sealed container for curbside delivery and pickup.
