Abstract
This executive order by Governor Henry McMaster directs measures in response to the coronavirus pandemic including: closing public schools in two counties where there are identified instances of COVID-19 transmission, continued execution of the South Carolina Emergency Operations Plan, closure of all public schools for students and non-essential employees, postponing and rescheduling any elections, and urging all indoor and outdoor public gatherings be cancelled, postponed, or rescheduled to the extent possible or limit to not exceed one hundred people.
