    The purpose of this study is to document the economic impact of the South Carolina State Ports Authority (SCSPA) on the state of South Carolina, the four major regional areas within the state, and the Southeastern United States more broadly. This study will provide estimates detailing all impacts resulting from the SCSPA facilities as well as the total economic impacts that derive from business transactions that require use of these port facilities. The key findings of this study are listed.
