The primary goals of this study were, first, to identify the archaeological resources of the Pecan Grove tract and, second, to assess the ability of these sites to contribute significant archaeological, historical or anthropological data. The second aspect essentially involves the sites' eligibility for inclusion in the National Register of Historic Places.
