FFY 2021 highway safety funding guidelines

Abstract

The purpose of this manual, prepared by the Office of Highway Safety and Justice Programs of the South Carolina Department of Public Safety, is to outline the specific criteria to be followed in the preparation of Highway Safety grant applications and to assist potential applicants in determining whether a proposed traffic safety activity is eligible for funding in Federal Fiscal Year 2021.
