District and school professional staff members must hold appropriate credentials for the positions they occupy in order to meet accreditation standards mandated by State Board of Education. What follows in this document is a tabular listing of most district office and school positions, along with the required credentials for each of those positions. Regardless of whether a specific position is listed in this document, all professional instructional staff must hold South Carolina educator certificates.
