dc.description.abstractIt is SCDA’s understanding that the sale or possession of hemp plant material (including dried hemp flowers) without a Grower or Processor License is not permitted under state law. SCDA, therefore, cannot allow foods with CBD (the active ingredient in a drug product) to be manufactured in SC. This is a list of approved and non-approved hemp food ingredients.
