    The South Carolina Department of Health and Human Services uses a paper form 192 for some purchases such as office supplies, software, memberships, conferences fees, etc. This project will analyze the manual 192 process (specifically pertaining to training requests and travel) to discover if areas exist in the workflow that could benefit from a streamlined approach and/or an automated solution to increase efficiency.
