Department of Children's Advocacy

 

The South Carolina Department of Children’s Advocacy was established by Act 160 of the General Assembly effective July 1, 2019.

The South Carolina Department of Children’s Advocacy is an independent state agency dedicated to ensuring that children across the state receive adequate protection and care from services or programs related to the welfare of children offered by a number of departments within state government.
