All recipients of federal financial assistance must participate in a Statewide Unified Certification Program. The SCUCP is a “One-Stop Shopping” Certification Program that eliminates the need for DBE firms to obtain certifications from multiple recipients within the State. These recipients include Federal Highway Administration, Federal Transit Administration, and Federal Aviation Administration. All firms listed in this directory are eligible to participate in each recipient's DBE Program.
