Abstract
Consistent with the ASTM Standard E1527-05, the principal objective of this Phase I ESA is to determine the potential for the presence of hazardous substances, petroleum products, or other environmental hazards at the subject property that could affect future development at the site. Release of materials into structures, soils, groundwater, and/or surface water may occur as a result of treatment, storage, disposal, generation, utilization, transport, or distribution operations. This study considers past, present, and possible future threats of environmental contamination due to these activities.
