Abstract
A part of the No Child Left Behind Act of 2001, requires that states develop annual measurable achievement objectives (AMAOs) for limited English proficient students. The ELDA consists of four tests designed to measure academic and social language proficiency in the domains of listening, speaking, reading, and writing. This Test Administration Manual (TAM) for the ELDA 3–12 contains general information about the assessment and specific information about administering the reading, writing, listening, and speaking ELDA tests for grades K-2.
