Abstract
This executive order by Governor John C. West orders that Departments and Agencies of State Government are hereby
individually and severally charged with the duty of assuring the continuity of the State Government in peacetime radiological emergencies that might confront the State. To this end, the coordination of State Agencies' response to any peacetime radiological emergency will be the responsibility of the Department of Health and Environmental Control.
