The Old Exchange Building Commission was created in 1976 and opened the Old Exchange Building to the public in 1981. The annual reports contain staff information, a history of the Old Exchange Building and Provost Dungeon, budget reports, yearly revenue, and descriptions of the educational programs of the commission. The Digital Collection has copies of the 1982/3 and 1985/6-1995/6 annual reports.
