    This veto message from Governor Mark Sanford vetoes S. 454, R. 207, a bill that revises the pyrotechnic safety provisions relating to the regulation of fireworks. The bill also increases the number of State Board of Pyrotechnic Safety board members from six to seven by adding a member to represent pyrotechnics wholesalers.
