    This veto message from Governor Mark Sanford vetoes S. 91, R-107, a bill that carves out language for a tire manufacturer in at least one economic impact zone. S. 91 also carves out a sales tax exemption for an amusement park that makes a capital investment of at least $250 million at a single site and creates at least 250 full time jobs and at least 500 part-time jobs.
