This executive agreement by Governor Robert McNair with the governor of Ohio declares that the director of the Ohio State Prison is authorized to deliver Norman McAuley into the custody of the duly authorized officer from South Carolina for the purpose of transporting Norman McAuley to Lexington County, South Carolina to stand trial during the term of General Sessions Court beginning September 6, 1966.
