Four dice equals 1 oz., a half large boiled egg equals 1/8 cup, a golf ball equals 1/4 cup, a computer mouse equals 1/2 cup and a baseball equals 1 cup. It also gives portion sizes of various foods appropriate for ages 1-3 years and 4-5 years.
