This plan provides overall direction for the State of South Carolina’s recovery efforts, and specifies milestones to be accomplished over time. It outlines the goals, operational priorities, and desired end state that enables South Carolina, with FEMA assistance, to deliver the full range of federal, state and private sector programs and services to assist impacted citizens, restore damaged infrastructure, identify mitigation projects and shape the transition to long term recovery. The objectives and tasks identified in this plan will aid the State Disaster Recovery Coordinator in tracking overall progress and long-term recovery performance.
