dc.description.abstract	This executive order by Governor by Governor Nikki R. Haley declares that a State of Emergency exists in those 20 counties of South Carolina declared federal disaster areas and any other counties that may be added to the declaration and direct that the South Carolina Emergency Operations Plan be placed into effect. She further orders the utilization of the South Carolina National Guard's personnel with appropriate equipment to take necessary and prudent actions to assist the citizens of this state.
