rules and regulations that restrict certain registration, permitting, length, width, weight, load, and time of service requirements in order to ensure the delivery of equipment, materials, services, supplies, food, fuel, timber, debris, and other items in response to flooding operations throughout South Carolina and directs the South Carolina
Department of Transportation and the South Carolina Department of Public Safety, and the State Transport Police as needed, to comply with this Order. | |
